Biography and Success Story of Founder of Glamazle Neelam Keswani

Neelam Keswani has proven herself to be one of the most prominent women in the e-commerce world of the Middle East.  The founder of Glamazle.com, one of the most successful and highly profitable online beauty shops in the UAE, has nearly twenty years working in the Middle East across many of the most well-known digital and e-commerce brands.

 
Glamazle.com was founded in February 2015 after Neelam became frustrated at not being able to find the beauty and make-up brands she loved in the region. Combining Neelam's love for makeup and her business acumen, Glamazle offers a fast and fun experience, with the world's leading beauty and cosmetic brands available at just a click and delivered speedily to consumer's doorsteps. 

Now leading the way for e-commerce in the beauty sector in the region, the site has continued to go from strength to strength, with over 300 brands and 10,000 SKUs including cult, niche and much loved brands The Ordinary, Drunk Elephant, Glow Recipe, Elf, Tata Harper and many more.  With over 1 million monthly unique users, 70% of these being repeat customers and representing a lifetime value of over 10,000 AED per customer to the business, Glamazle.com already has a firm plan for growth and expansion in its sights.
 
Prior to Glamazle, Neelam has an impressive track record working with a number of award winning digital and e-commerce brands. Starting her career at the UAE's favorite concept of Buy One Get One Free, The Entertainer, Neelam spent 5 years with the company working her way up to Group Operations Director. 

From there she moved on to Gulf Technical, working on coupon loyalty programs. In 2010 she joined Cobone.com, Middle East's biggest 'daily deals', as its Founding member, and strategically grew it to become the regions No. 1 online coupon site in her role as UAE Country Manager. 2013 saw Neelam join ALshop.com as Business Development Director where she grew it up to 400% during her tenure in the company, before realizing it was time to follow her own passions and go out on her own, from where she has never looked back.
 
Neelam is a graduate of University of Cambridge Business School in Marketing Management.  When not working, she loves to spend time with her family, enjoys working out and of course keeping her finger on the pulse and discovering the next big trend in beauty.
